Breakfast delights, but it could use a bit more variety.

The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to all the major points of interest in the city. We were able to explore the city on foot and visit all the popular attractions within a short walking distance. The hotel staff were extremely helpful and friendly, providing us with excellent service throughout our stay. Additionally, the views from the hotel were absolutely breathtaking, offering stunning vistas of the surrounding area.
That the noise from the nearby restaurants and the passing road could get quite loud at times. However, the windows had good sound insulation which helped to minimize the noise.

The location of the hotel was very convenient, right next to the bus stop and close to shops and restaurants. It was situated on the main street in town, making it close enough to everything. the rooms were comfortable with crisp white linens and the bathroom had a good warm shower. There was also a mini-market directly opposite the hotel and a pleasant small pool.
Some guests experienced a mix-up with their room reservations and were disappointed with the view from their balcony, which overlooked a noisy road and a backyard.

Great value for money, cozy and clean room with a lovely pool. Perfect location for sunset views and easy access to Fira and Imerovigli. The staff, especially Janis, were friendly and helpful and hassle-free.
Breakfast items could have included cups, tea, and coffee to go with the hot water jug.

Value for money was excellent, the room was comfortable and clean, and the location was convenient with many restaurants and shops nearby. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and even provided airport transfers.
The breakfast experience could have been improved with more variety or options.

Great location, just one alley behind the caldera.
Small room size, could barely fit 2 people.

I recently stayed at Hotel Sofia for a week on my solo trip to Santorini. The location was perfect, with stunning ocean views and a central location close to everything. The room was beautifully decorated in a charming Greek style, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The hospitality of the family who runs the hotel was outstanding, with Sofia and her daughter and grandchildren going above and beyond to make me feel welcome. They even allowed me to check in early so I could rest after my early morning arrival. I can't wait to stay here again!
Would recommend this hotel.
